  • Free Consultation

    Before we dive into decisions, timelines, or transitions, we start with a conversation. This FREE video consultation (usually Zoom or Facetime) is a no obligation, no pressure chance for us to meet, for you to show me your space (no need to tidy beforehand) and to get to know me. This can take 10-60 depending.

    Whether you're navigating a life shift that’s left your space feeling out of sync, managing a second home, prepping an Airbnb, I’ll listen with curiosity and compassion—not judgment. We’ll talk about your goals, your overwhelm, and what “ready” looks like for you. From there, we will discuss how I can help you to reflects your values, your timeline, and your vision for a space that supports the life you’re stepping into.

    For larger or more layered projects, we can schedule an onsite consultation to walk the space together and deepen the conversation at my hourly rate.

  • Hourly Rate: $55

    After you’ve had at least one session, you can use my hourly rate. My rate is competitive and set to keep services accessible. I have not changed it for 9 years because I truly want to help you! This is not just a job but a calling for me. I will bring you seasoned skills. Veteran, veteran spouse (that’s me!) or an educator? You hold a special place in my heart and receive a $50 an hour rate.

  • Session Rate: $222

    A session averages around 4 hours but could be as little as 3 hours or as long as 5 hours depending on the day’s goals-I won’t leave you without some sense of completion for the day! This is an appropriate “chunking of time” as it allows for enough time to complete a goal wheather the whole project or a section of the project plan and also isn’t so long as to not be fresh for decision making if the client is involved in that stage and to keep fresh for the physical and mental hustle that I bring to your space.

    Veteran, veteran spouse (that’s me!) or an educator? You hold a special place in my heart and receive a $200 session rate.

  • Travel

    I work locally in Reno, Sparks, Carson City Truckee, Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe region without any additional fees.

    I travel frequently to Orange County, CA, Los Angeles, as well as the Dallas Metro area and Denver. Prices depend on the length of your project and the time of year. After we make a plan I present a flat fee to cover all expenses and keep costs streamlined and transparent. Many of my clients express that I am still less expensive than a local organizer-even with a travel rate!
